By booking a session, you agree to the following:

Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Bookings are non-refundable and your selected time slot is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Rescheduling
Due to the limited nature of mini sessions, rescheduling is not guaranteed. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your session to a friend or family member. Any rescheduling requests are at my discretion.

Late Arrivals
Sessions run to a tight schedule. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals will reduce your session time and cannot be extended.

Cancellation by Photographer
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Image Delivery
You will receive a private online gallery where you can select your favourite 10 images, included in your session. Your gallery will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after your session.

Additional Images
There will be an option to purchase additional images or upgrade to the full gallery directly from your online gallery.

Gallery Expiry
Your gallery will remain active for 14 days. Please ensure you download your selected images within this time, as galleries may be removed after expiry.

Creative Direction
I approach each session with a natural and relaxed style. Final images are selected and edited at my discretion to reflect this approach.

Usage & Copyright
All images remain the copyright of the photographer. A personal-use licence is granted, allowing you to download and share your images for personal use. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Model Release
By booking, you grant permission for images from your session to be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes of my business (I don’t sell images to third party). If you would prefer to keep your images private, please let me know in writing prior to your session. My email hello@irenacima.photography.

Children
Mini sessions are designed to be relaxed and enjoyable. Every effort will be made to capture beautiful moments, though specific poses or expressions cannot be guaranteed. Parent is responsible for children behaviour.

Liability
While every care is taken, the photographer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the session.

By booking, you agree that your email will be added to my newsletter, where you may receive occasional updates and special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
