My name is Irena
I photograph busy women who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves and share meaningful moments with their people.
I focus on creating portraits that celebrate the season of life you’re in right now with a relaxed and intentional approach. Whether it's a family milestone, a personal journey, or a moment of self-celebration, my goal is to make the experience enjoyable and meaningful.
I’ll guide you throughout the entire process, so you never have to worry about what to do or how to pose. Together, we capture images that help you see yourself with kindness, portraits that become a positive memory to return to whenever you need a boost.

Fill out the booking form bellow to submit your enquiry
Tell me what you're after - maternity, family, couples, or individual session. I usually reply within a day or two. Please ensure to check your Spam and Promotions folders if you haven't received a response by then.
Secure your booking with a deposit and contract
Once you’ve chosen your date and preferred location, we’ll lock it in with a deposit and a simple contract. This ensures your spot is reserved just for you, and gives us both peace of mind as we plan your session.

Planning the session and the session itself
Before your photoshoot, we’ll jump on a quick video call so we can get to know each other.
I’ll guide you through the process, we’ll go over all your session questions, and I’ll help with the “what-do-I-wear” part too. On the photoshoot day you just need to show up in a good mood, take a breath, and enjoy the moment!

Download and print your gallery
Within a week after your shoot, you will receive your first preview images along with the remaining balance to pay.
Not too long after (2-3 weeks) a full gallery of beautifully edited digital images will be emailed to you - in both colour and black & white, so you’ve got options for prints.

To secure your booking, a $250 deposit will be required for all photoshoots.
The remaining balance must be settled before the delivery of the final images. While the deposit is non-refundable, it is possible to transfer* it to a different date in case of unsuitable weather or an unexpected emergency. I aim to stay flexible and accommodating to your needs, as I understand that life can be unpredictable at times.
Following your session, you can expect to receive your beautifully edited gallery of digital images within 2 to 4 weeks. You'll be able to view and download directly to your computer for safekeeping. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns about this process. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I'm committed to ensuring that you have a seamless and enjoyable photography experience.
All my packages also include a complimentary video call so you get familiar with me and during the session, you can relax and enjoy the experience.
Most of my sessions take place on the beaches of Auckland’s North Shore.

Additional options:
— Travel within 10km my location is no charge
— Outside my radius travel is charged out at 80c per km + time per hour $35. All charges are rounded up to the nearest kilometre and hour.
For example:
Muriwai beach: 40km x $0.8 + 1.5hr × $35 = $85
Piha Beach: 48km x 0.8 + 2hr x $35 = $108
